In response to Daily Post’s Weekly Photo Challenge- On the Way.
You can always tell when the little guys have been over. On my way to the couch, I came across these two characters lamenting the trials and tribulations of being owned by a 6 month old.
As I rounded the coffee table, I spotted a brawl rumbling on my husband’s computer. I’m not sure if they are Pokémon or Digimon or both. All I know is that whatever scene was playing out, it was very dramatic and they were taking no prisoners.
Then I spotted this hat. And I knew that I would find its owner somewhere nearby.
Sure enough, there he was. Woody. Probably hiding there on an important stakeout.
And this was not just ANY Woody. This guy is special. He was originally owned by my son back when Toy Story originally came out and the bottom of his boot bears my son’s name- not Andy’s like the later Woodys.
And most special of all is how much play he still has in him, despite being nearly 20 years old. Five year old CJ has proven that time and time again as he and Woody go on many great adventures together.
And this is everything that popped up “on the way” to the couch, where I thought I was going to sit down and catch up on my blogging today. (Except that it’s tomorrow and I’m still behind.)
Haha, such character in these photos, I especially like the first one, they really do look concerned about their fate within the hands of that baby.

And since they end up in his mouth all the time or flung across the room, they should be concerned. 🙂
