ABC

As I work my way through 25 Songs, 25 Days (and yes, I know it’s been much longer), I’m surprised to find that Michael Jackson and The Jackson 5 did not show up sooner! I’ve been a Michael Jackson fan for as long as I can remember. It’s ironic that “ABC” by The Jackson 5 is the first song alphabetically on my song list because it is also the first Jackson song that I ever heard. It’s a song I listened to as a teenager even though it had already been out for 10 years by that time and I never stopped. It brings me back to listening to the radio, going to the rink and being a silly teenage girl. What’s the first song on your iPod?
