B is for Black & White

AtoZ2019tenthAnnSo far so good! Second day or the A to Z Challenge and I’m still here! I know that sounds pretty darn pathetic but these days it’s a miracle when I can accomplish something as simple as posting two days in a row!

The star of today’s photo is Ari’s friend, Casey. She tends to be a bit dramatic and lately she has been caught striking some picture-worthy poses.

Our Furry Friend

No one will find a more faithful and affectionate friend than Ari.

cj and ari

For these two it was love at first sight. For the past six years they have been BFF’s. Ari provides CJ with comfort, love and protection.

Ari is the most dedicated co-pilot/navigator I have ever had. And she offers free kisses at no extra charge. (A word to the wise- keep your mouth closed. She’s quick with that tongue! Ew.)

So Much to Chew

Cee’s Black & White Photo Challenge: Candid

I have always taken a lot of photos of my kids and now grandkids. A LOT. Because of this, their tolerance for getting their picture taken has decreased and I find myself asking them to say “cheese” only when I know the moment is right. The result is that I take more candid shots of them. Granted it isn’t easy because after a lifetime of me hovering in the vicinity with a camera, they are on their guard and at any given moment will whip their heads around to glare at me. Fun, right?

It was hard to limit myself and it was even harder to choose what to share for Cee’s Black & White Photo Challenge: Candid Photo.
